Career: Richard Valcourt is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Intelligence and Counter-Intelligence (see url below). He was previously a member of staff of the American Military University, Charles Town, West Virginia. Richard Valcourt is a member of the US Academic Board of the Citizens’ Empowerment Center in Israel.
