Career: Matthew Hardy is Secretary of the International Network for Traditional
Building, Architecture & Urbanism (INTBAU). His PhD research, based at
the Prince of Wales's Institute of Architecture, London, was a study of Hippocratic
attitudes to climate and their influence on house planning in the classical
tradition. Dr Hardy works as a consultant architect and urban designer in
London, UK. He is co-editor of the Journal of Urbanism (see url below).
