Career: Simon Duke is Professor at the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht, the Netherlands. His fields of specialization are common foreign and security policy, European Union (EU) defence budgets and procurement, EU-US security relations, and EU relations with the Western European Union and with NATO. He is Joint Executive Editor of the Journal of European Integration (see url below).
